I have been lifting now for several weeks. Our current 4 week program has us lifting 6 days a week. Tuesdays are currently our only day off from weights and we play basketball from about 7-9 pm. After this 4 week program we take a week off and then start back up for another 4 weeks with a new program. This is a particularly grueling program as we don’t technically have a day off. I have decided to try and start posting my workouts here on the blog in an effort to keep me motivated and making progress. I currently weigh in at 200 pounds. I would like to see that drop to about 185-190.

Todays(03-24-08) workout…

Stiff-legged deadlifts: 95lbs 1×4

Dips: 5×5

Pull-Ups: 5×5

Bench: 135lbs 10×5

Hang Cleans: 85lbs 10×6

Stiff-legged deadlifts: 95lbs 1×4
